Each year Pamela has done her bit for Red Nose Day, Comic Relief, with execises and sometimes costumes, this year we raised a £125 for Comic Relief / Children In Need and she will be doing it again next year. Funds were raised with the help of fellow instructors, Dave Long, Lesley Smith and Marie Paulinus.
